By accessing and using AI Background Studio ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

AI Background Studio is an AI-powered service that generates professional product backgrounds for your images. The service uses advanced machine learning models to create high-quality backgrounds based on text descriptions and reference images.

We offer both simple and professional modes with different customization options and support both anonymous and authenticated usage with different feature limitations.

Anonymous Users: Limited to 3 background generations per day

Authenticated Users: Limited to 10 background generations per day

File Restrictions: Maximum file size of 10MB per image. Supported formats: JPG, PNG, WebP.

Generation Limits: Maximum 4 background variations per generation request.

We reserve the right to modify these limitations at any time to ensure fair usage and service availability.

You agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not upload inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content without permission
• Not attempt to circumvent usage limitations or security measures
• Not reverse engineer or attempt to extract underlying AI models
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others
• Not use the service for spam, harassment, or malicious activities
• Only upload product images you own or have permission to use

Prohibited Content: You may not upload images containing:

• Illegal or harmful content
• Violent, graphic, or disturbing imagery
• Content that violates privacy rights of individuals
• Copyrighted material without proper authorization
• Personal documents or sensitive information
• Images of people without their consent

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove content that violates these guidelines.

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Technical issues or system failures
• High traffic volumes
• Third-party AI service dependencies

Background generation typically takes 2-3 minutes. Processing times may vary based on system load.

While we use advanced AI technology to provide high-quality background generation, we cannot guarantee perfect results. The service:

• May not perfectly match your expectations or descriptions
• Performance varies based on input image quality and complexity
• Should not be relied upon for critical business decisions without review
• May produce different results for the same inputs as models improve
• Works best with clear product images on simple backgrounds

Service Ownership: AI Background Studio and all related intellectual property belong to us or our licensors.

Generated Backgrounds: You own the generated background images and may use them for any commercial or personal purpose without attribution required.

Your Content: You retain ownership of uploaded product images. By using our service, you grant us a temporary license to process your images solely for generating backgrounds.

Commercial License: Generated backgrounds are provided with full commercial usage rights for ecommerce, marketing, and business purposes.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. Key points:

• Product images are not permanently stored
• Processing occurs securely and temporarily
• Generated backgrounds may be temporarily stored for download
• No sharing of your images or data with third parties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. You may discontinue use of the service at any time.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
