Image Describer is an AI-powered service that generates text descriptions of uploaded images. The service uses advanced machine learning models to analyze visual content and provide detailed descriptions.

We offer the service in multiple description styles and support both anonymous and authenticated usage with different feature limitations.

Anonymous Users: Limited to 5 image analyses per day

Authenticated Users: Limited to 20 image analyses per day

File Restrictions: Maximum file size of 10MB per image. Supported formats: JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF.

We reserve the right to modify these limitations at any time to ensure fair usage and service availability.

You agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not upload inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content without permission
• Not attempt to circumvent usage limitations or security measures
• Not reverse engineer or attempt to extract underlying AI models
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others
• Not use the service for spam, harassment, or malicious activities

Prohibited Content: You may not upload images containing:

• Illegal or harmful content
• Violent, graphic, or disturbing imagery
• Content that violates privacy rights of individuals
• Copyrighted material without proper authorization
• Personal documents or sensitive information

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove content that violates these guidelines.

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Technical issues or system failures
• High traffic volumes
• Third-party service dependencies

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance in advance.

While we use advanced AI technology to provide accurate image descriptions, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. The service:

• May not correctly identify all objects or details in images
• Performance varies based on image quality and content
• Should not be relied upon for critical decision-making
• May produce different results for the same image over time as models improve

Service Ownership: Image Describer and all related intellectual property belong to us or our licensors.

Generated Content: AI-generated descriptions are provided to you without copyright restrictions. You may use them for any purpose.

Your Content: You retain ownership of uploaded images. By using our service, you grant us a temporary license to process your images solely for generating descriptions.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. Key points:

• Images are not permanently stored
• Processing occurs securely and temporarily
• Minimal data collection for service operation
• No sharing of personal data with third parties for advertising

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. You may discontinue use of the service at any time.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
